Is pricing really per boat, not per person?

Yes. You hire the whole boat for one flat rate and split it inside your own group. A speedboat for up to 6 costs the same whether 2 or 6 of you come aboard.

Will we definitely see turtles?

No one can promise wild turtles. Meno's reef gives the best odds on a rising morning tide, roughly 8–11am, and your skipper picks the window — but sightings are never guaranteed.

What about tides and seasickness?

The water between the three Gilis is short and usually calm, so crossings are brief. If the sea is up, your skipper reorders stops for comfort and tells you honestly what's realistic that day.

Are kids and mixed swimmers okay?

Yes. Gili Air's shallow sandbar and Meno's lagoon suit families and nervous swimmers. Life jackets are on board; tell us ages when you message so the skipper plans the calmest stops.

What's the cancellation policy?

Weather calls come first — if it's unsafe we reschedule or refund. Exact terms are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp when you book, so nothing is hidden in fine print.
